Daikin Philippines takes a significant leap in enhancing customer experience by inaugurating its first showroom in South Luzon, signaling a commitment to providing top-notch, energy-efficient air-conditioning systems. The new South Luzon Office, functioning as a comprehensive hub, integrates sales and service offices, a warehouse, and a training facility to ensure efficient air conditioner installations of the highest quality.
The showroom, strategically positioned along Tagaytay-Sta. Rosa Road in Brgy. Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite, serves as a showcase for Daikin’s latest products and cutting-edge air-conditioning technology. Catering to both residential and commercial customers in the region and extending its reach to the Bicol Region, Daikin presents its diverse lineup, including the D-Smart Series for residential and small office/home office (SOHO), SkyAir for commercial applications, and the VRV System tailored for commercial buildings. Additionally, the showroom unveils Daikin’s innovative cloud-based controller, Daikin Global Platform (GPF), slated for release in November.
“This is not just a showroom for products; we want to show our solutions to the customers for air-conditioning and solutions, everything we can provide,” expressed Daikin Philippines President Takayoshi Miki.
The South Luzon Office, functioning as a one-stop shop, boasts 14 in-house after-sales service personnel and eight sales engineers, ensuring prompt and efficient service responses to client needs. Beyond product exhibition, the showroom will serve as a training center for Daikin’s South Luzon dealers and service centers, underlining the company’s commitment to upskilling through its Step-Up Training Program. This initiative enables dealers and installers to undergo free training programs, ensuring quality services and an expanded network of skilled professionals.
“Our dealers are trained, their installation is very good. They’re also using very good Daikin installation materials. They are going to be trusted by consumers. This is our drive, not only quality products but also our quality dealer services,” emphasized Miki.
Daikin Philippines, operational since 2010, engages in the sales and distribution of Daikin air-conditioning units and spare parts, coupled with servicing and related warranty services. The South Luzon Showroom aligns with Daikin’s vision to not only showcase its product excellence but also provide a platform for skill development, contributing to the expansion of the market nationwide.
