The partnership initiates the establishment of a National Diagnostic Data Center, a critical component in fortifying the Philippines’ railway infrastructure. Anneli Lontoc, Undersecretary of the Department of Transport, commends the agreement for its contribution to elevating the country’s technological landscape.
