Real Estate Property giant Megaworld Corp.’s newest hotel project will be its tallest one yet.
The 31-story ArcoVia Hotel, which will rise inside the 12.3-hectare ArcoVia City township project along C-5 road in Metro Manila, is set to be completed on the year of 2029.
This will became their 21st project under its leisure and hospitality arm, Megaworld Hotels & Resorts.
“We are delighted to introduce our newest development here in Metro Manila, which will be our 21st property and the tallest hotel development in Megaworld’s portfolio to date,” Megaworld Hotel and Resorts managing director Cleofe Albiso said.
ArcoVia Hotel will offer 339 hotel suites, including twin suites, executive suites and 108-square meter (sqm) presidential suites. The hotel will also offer dedicated specially-abled suites of 34 sqm each.
It will also feature a swimming pool, business center and an event ballroom, among other amenities. Of these, 12 are operational with around 5,000 room keys.
Its homegrown hotels include Richmonde Hotel Ortigas, Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, Richmonde Hotel Iloilo, Savoy Hotel Newport, Savoy Hotel Boracay, Savoy Hotel Mactan Newtown, Belmont Hotel Manila, Belmont Hotel Boracay, Belmont Hotel Mactan, Kingsford Hotel Manila, Twin Lakes Hotel in Laurel, Batangas near Tagaytay, and Hotel Lucky Chinatown in Binondo, Manila.
Megaworld Corporation is managed by business tycoon Andrew Tan and his son Kevin Tan. It is listed on Philippine Stock Exchange Composite Index. The company develops large-scale, mixed-use, planned communities incorporating residential, commercial, educational, and leisure components. In addition, it provides other services such as project design, construction oversight and property management.
