Music fans are set for another massive celebration of Original Pilipino Music (OPM) as the Aurora Music Festival 2026 returns to Clark Global City in Pampanga on May 2 and 3, featuring some of the country’s biggest and most influential artists.
Now on its fifth year, the festival continues to establish itself as one of the country’s premier music gatherings, drawing comparisons to international festivals because of its large-scale production, diverse lineup, and vibrant atmosphere. Organizers described the event as a celebration of Filipino music, creativity, and culture.

Among the headline performers for this year’s festival are P-pop powerhouse SB19, rock band IV of Spades, pop superstar Sarah Geronimo, folk-pop group Ben&Ben, and alternative rock favorites December Avenue. Veteran artists such as Kitchie Nadal, Parokya ni Edgar, and Kamikazee are also expected to energize the crowd with nostalgic hits and crowd favorites.
The festival comes amid a strong global wave for Filipino music following the international success of several OPM acts. Organizers said the event aims to continue showcasing local talent while giving fans a world-class concert experience closer to home.

Aside from musical performances, festivalgoers can also expect food attractions, immersive experiences, and the signature hot air balloon displays that have become associated with the Aurora Music Festival brand.
Recent reports following the event noted the strong audience turnout and the mix of artists from different generations and genres, creating a unique atmosphere that appealed to both longtime OPM fans and younger audiences. While Sarah Geronimo was originally part of the lineup, reports said she had to withdraw from her performance due to health reasons.
The Aurora Music Festival has steadily grown since its launch, becoming one of the country’s most anticipated annual music events and further highlighting the growing influence of Filipino artists in the local and international music scene.
