The highly anticipated adaptation officially premiered on January 3, bringing the beloved chaotic yet heartwarming world of Section E to life on Viva One. Based on Lara Flores’ (also known as Eatmore2behappy) bestselling three-book series, which has racked up an impressive 348 million reads, the first book is being adapted across 16 episodes.
The buzz surrounding the series began to build on November 8, with the grand cast reveal sending waves of excitement through social media. Fans were quick to praise the casting, which many have hailed as one of the best in recent memory.
The story revolves around the antics and challenges of Section E, with the central character, Mark Keifer Watson, played by Andres Muhlach. Keifer is the mischievous yet brilliant class president, whose path frequently crosses with Jay-Jay Mariano, portrayed by Ashtine Olviga. Jay-Jay, a transfer student with a checkered past, finds herself in Section E—alongside 16 unruly boys—at Higher Value International School.
