Tagaytay is one of the near vacation spots near Metro Manila. Many come to see the Taal lake, go for horse-back riding, bike trip, road trip or perhaps eat their well-known sweet and tasty pasalubong or cashew nuts.
When we were in Tagaytay for a Team Building and Planning, we stop-by to a big Pasalubong Shop named Rowena’s Pasalubong.
They sell tasty treats best for bit-bit or pasalubong. They offer a variety of fresh pies, fruit tarts, cheese tarts, cookies, chips to cashew nuts, silvannas and Filipino dessert candy treats like pastillas.
They also offer other things like popcorns, bottle preserves, ube, polvorons and many more! Rowena also has its own Restaurant, sadly we never went there.
So when you go to Tagaytay, you’ll never forget to bring pasalubong! Just make sure you already have a target budget before going in, you might do a shopping spree.
