Vienovo Philippines Inc., one of the country’s fastest-growing manufacturers of animal feeds, has added a new name to its pet food family. The company introduced Plaisir Care, the Care Range of French pet food brand Les Repas Plaisir and the newest addition to its pet nutrition portfolio, at the World Pet Expo held last September 24 to 17 at the World Trade Center Metro Manila in Pasay City. Plaisir Care joins Keos and Novopet, the Vienovo pet food brands already serving Filipino pet parents.

For Vienovo, the World Pet Expo was the natural stage to introduce its newest pet food line to a community it already knows well.
“The World Pet Expo is one of the biggest gatherings of the pet community in the Philippines,” said Aileen Guerrero, Marketing Manager of Vienovo Philippines Inc. “We met a lot or fur parents who were looking for specialty products and wants to try something new for their picky eaters.”
Guerrero said pet ownership in the country keeps growing, and more Filipino families now treat their pets as members of the family. That growth, along with feedback from pet parents and retail partners, shaped the decision to widen the range.

Meet Plaisir Care, the Newest Addition
Plaisir Care is the functional nutrition range of Les Repas Plaisir, a family pet food maker whose wet food recipes have been refined for more than 30 years in Normandy, France. The name comes from the French word for “pleasure,” reflecting the brand’s belief that mealtime should be a moment of connection between pets and the people who feed them.
“Keos gave us a strong start in pet food. Plaisir Care adds functional wet food, made in France, for cats with specific everyday needs,” Guerrero explained. “Mealtime should be something pets look forward to, and pet parents should feel good about what’s in the bowl.”
Three Recipes for Everyday Care
The range launches with three recipes for cats, each in an 85g freshness pouch:
- Intestinal Comfort (With Chicken in Gravy) for adult and sterilised cats with sensitive digestion. It is supplemented with fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) and vitamin B1 to help maintain a healthy balance of intestinal flora, plus vitamin E for antioxidant protection.
- Urinary Support (With Fish & Gravy) for adult and sterilised cats prone to urinary issues. It uses DL-methionine to help acidify urine, with a balanced mineral profile and high moisture content to support a healthy urinary system.
- Hairball Control (With Chicken in Gravy) for long-haired and shedding-prone cats. Added fibre helps cats eliminate swallowed hair naturally, while oils rich in omega-3 and omega-6 nourish the coat and help limit hair loss.
All three recipes are complete and balanced, formulated under veterinary control, made in France with full traceability, and free of artificial colourings. Suggested retail prices range from ₱55 to ₱63 per pouch.
