Hollywood actor Tom Holland has confirmed that he and longtime partner and fellow actor Zendaya are officially married, putting months of speculation about their relationship to rest.
The confirmation comes during Holland’s cover interview with Esquire UK, where he casually acknowledged their wedding while addressing rumors fueled by AI-generated wedding photos circulating online. Speaking about the ceremony, the “Spider-Man” star remarked that their families “were all there,” effectively confirming that the private wedding had already taken place.

Speculation surrounding the couple’s marital status intensified earlier this year after Zendaya’s longtime stylist, Law Roach, hinted during a red carpet interview that the pair had already tied the knot. The rumors were further fueled by Zendaya’s wedding band sightings and the spread of fake AI-generated wedding images on social media. Holland clarified that while the viral images were fabricated, their actual wedding was a private affair attended by their loved ones.

Holland also opened up about his relationship with Zendaya, describing her as his “best friend” and someone who makes him feel “supported and safe.” He said their shared experiences in the entertainment industry have helped strengthen their bond as they navigate life in the public eye.

The couple first met in 2016 while filming Spider-Man: Homecoming and publicly confirmed their relationship in 2021 after years of dating rumors. They reportedly became engaged in late 2024 before quietly exchanging vows away from the spotlight.
Despite their preference for keeping their personal lives private, Holland and Zendaya continue to collaborate professionally. The two are currently promoting Spider-Man: Brand New Day, in which Holland reprises his role as Peter Parker while Zendaya returns as MJ. They are also set to appear together in Christopher Nolan’s upcoming epic film The Odyssey.
