Gary Valenciano, a singer, requested prayers for continued good health.
“Lord, I’m going to need your mighty hand to see me through this evening and the upcoming nights. In the midst of all these difficulties, please help me keep the meaning and spirit of Christmas,” Gary tweeted on December 14.
“Please Lord, assist to keep me healthy at all times. I pray in Jesus’ name, Amen, he continued.
Gary omitted saying how he was feeling right now.
Since he was 14 years old, the 58-year-old performer has had a Type 1 diabetes diagnosis.
After undergoing cardiac bypass surgery in 2018, Gary was also found to have kidney cancer in addition to diabetes.
Gary declared himself cancer-free in 2019.
As a result of Gary’s prayer tweet, his followers’ prayers flooded the comment area.
