Born out of passion, Both Javier and Manzano collaborated when the opportunity arises to form a team for the upcoming FilBasket League happening on October at Splendido, Batangas. “Nakakatuwa kasi si Redd, nakakasama ko sya sa mga basketball games. Nung nabanggit ko na kailangan ko ng sponsor na outfitter, hindi sya nagdalawang isip na sumuporta agad sa FSD Makati Army” shared Javier.
For the team’s official uniform, REBORN FIFTY ONE will be using a special fabric imported from Taiwan made out of light material, that absorbs perspiration. This will be advantageus to the players since they will be competing wearing a comfortable basketball uniform.
In terms of design, REBORN FIFTY ONE opted to have a minimalist design for both dark and light jersey to highlight the teams’ sponsors logo, which is vital as the games will be broadcasted reportedly via One Sports and TV 5 and with live streaming in FilBasketball League’s official Facebook Page.
