Pardon me for trying to be an expert when it comes to basketball and shoes. But this writer would just like to use this platform in providing our avid readers what they can get from me.
You see, at 42, I still love and enjoy playing basketball. Of course, this was before the Covid-19 pandemic. During 2018-2020, pre pandemic, I have had the good opportunity not just to play basketball but to also join various leagues.
During one of the basketball tournaments that I joined, I saw this good-looking Adidas James Harden Volume 3 color way. I did not know at first that it was an Iron Man edition. We were on the bench with a teammate of mine at the Kings Landing indoor basketball court owned by the Nietos inside Filinvest Antipolo when I mention how nice his basketball shoes. Lo’ and behold, he mentioned that what he is wearing is actually a James Harden Vol 3 Iron Man colorway.
He got me at “Iron Man”. As many people know, aside from a basketball junkie, I am also a big fan of Tony Stark. At work and at home, some kids who have met me even believes that I am the real Iron Man. I usually done Mr. Stark’s mustache and beard with matching sun glasses. And most of the time, I wore Iron Man shirts which I bought from specialty stores both in malls and online.
And the Adidas James Harden Volume 3 x Iron Man collab has become a personal mission for me to get a hold of. I tried Adidas stores in BGC and in Trinoma but alas, they only have the War Machince color way. It was when I came across this credible and dependable FB page called CHUCKS QC were I copped this hard-to-find shoes:

A Metallic Silver Iron Man logo is stamped on the tongues, while having an embossed Stark Industries logo on the heel atop a full-length Boost midsole.
I hope that the pandemic will be over soon. I can’t wait to lace this bad boys on the hard court and have that Avengers within me while scorching our opponent with James Harden patented moves. Hahahaha…I wish. Obviously, this is one of the many effects of being in ECQ with no basketball for the longest time.
