Experimental Noise/Drone artist, Blank Vacuum/Vincent Jose, has released an independent extended play (EP) album, Before you go into the Light.
The idea behind the compositions was about stories of horror and fear inside the hospital.
Last May24, it was digitally posted on www.bandcamp.com and has a limited physical copies available on www.blankvacuum.eq.
Also, it is said that Blank Vacuum collaborated with Bobby Legaspi a.k.a blackholeprisoner, a dark ambient musician based in the Philippines, to create two five-track albums with different textures.
One is Requiem for Dying Light, inspired by Danny Boyle’s Sunshine. It has already been autonomously published on bandcamp.com last July 17.
This music is also a dark one with ambient orchestration blended with noise and horror-themed guitar drones, with a title of Musings from the Morgue.
And it was said that it was released in France under Kalamine Records last Aug. 2. Both works produced by the two artists are available on streaming services such as iTunes/ Apple Music, YouTubeMusic, Deezer, and Spotify.
