SEOUL, South Korea — Global K-pop sensation BTS is taking its record-breaking ARIRANG World Tour to Asia after completing its North American, European, and Latin American concert legs, drawing massive crowds and further cementing its status as one of the world’s biggest music acts.
The group’s latest milestone came in South America, where BTS performed 14 sold-out shows across five cities, attracting a total of 853,000 concertgoers. The tour covered Bogotá in Colombia, Lima in Peru, Santiago in Chile, Buenos Aires in Argentina, and São Paulo in Brazil, where the group wrapped up its final South American performances on October 31.

The Latin American leg marked several historic milestones for the seven-member group, including its first full-group performances in Colombia and Argentina and its first visit to Peru since its debut. BTS also returned to Chile after nine years and Brazil after seven years.
Beyond filling stadiums, the concerts generated significant economic activity in their host cities, boosting tourism, hotel bookings, transportation, and local businesses. In La Plata, Argentina, where the Buenos Aires-area concerts were held, more than 48,000 visitors stayed for at least one night, while flight bookings in Bogotá increased by 46.6% during the concert period compared with the previous year.

Following the successful international stops, BTS is now preparing for its Asian and Australian tour schedule, beginning in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, on November 19, with additional performances scheduled in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Jakarta through December 29. The group is also set to bring the tour to Melbourne and Sydney in February 2027.
The ARIRANG World Tour supports BTS’ fifth Korean-language studio album, ARIRANG, released in March 2026. The album marked the group’s return to full-group musical activities following the members’ completion of their mandatory military service.

Meanwhile, BTS’ management company HYBE is already looking ahead to the group’s next chapter. During its November 3 earnings call, HYBE CEO Lee Jae-sang confirmed that the company is preparing future group and individual projects for the members, while also evaluating additional concert dates beyond the tour’s existing 82-show schedule across 34 cities.

Although no additional dates or release schedules have been officially confirmed, the announcement signals that BTS’ activities are expected to continue beyond the current world tour.
With its successful international performances, growing global audience, and upcoming Asian stops, BTS continues to demonstrate the powerful reach of K-pop and the enduring connection between the group and its millions of fans worldwide.
