Following their breakout success in the hit teen series Ang Mutya ng Section E, young stars Heart Ryan and Zeke Polina are stepping into leading roles in Viva One’s much-anticipated mystery-thriller series Hell University.
The upcoming series, adapted from the popular Wattpad novel by KnightInBlack, blends horror, suspense and romance in a chilling campus setting. Directed by Bobby Bonifacio Jr., Hell University follows a group of students trapped in a mysterious school where normal rules no longer apply and danger lurks around every corner.
In the story, tuition and meals are free — but at a deadly cost. Each night, from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., the university becomes a lawless battleground known as “Bloody Night,” during which all acts of violence are permitted. The students must survive turf wars between rival campus gangs and uncover the sinister secrets that bind them together.
Heart Ryan portrays Zein Shion, a brave but impulsive young woman who becomes the heart of the group’s fight for survival. Meanwhile, Zeke Polina plays Ace Craige, the enigmatic student council president known as “Supremo,” whose authority could be the key to staying alive.

The cast also features Lance Carr, Aubrey Caraan, Andre Yllana, Gabbi Ejercito, Derick Ong, Jac Abellana, Jastine Lim, Jemima Rivera, and Keagan de Jesus, among others.
Set to premiere on February 6 on Viva One, Hell University marks a bold new project for the streaming platform as it expands its lineup of Wattpad adaptations — following similar successes in the teen genre.
The series arrives amid growing fan interest in dark, layered stories brought to life on screen, as Hell University’s source material has drawn millions of readers online.
