Bria Homes, an affordable home developer owned by Villar, has chosen Pili, Camarines Sur, as the site for its newest residential development.
Bria Homes Pili, which is located in a province known for its water sports and island-hopping destinations, will benefit from the Luzon Spine Expressway Network (LSEN), a massive network of highways and expressways that will cut the travel time between Ilocos and Bicol from 20 hours to only nine hours.
This project is also one of the firm’s Luzon projects, demonstrating its dedication to creating contemporary, safe, and secure residential enclaves far from the city.
The provincial capital of Camarines Sur, the biggest of the Bicol Peninsula’s six provinces, is Pili. According to the website, the area is rich in environmental, history, and culture, with everything from heritage churches to the tiniest commercially farmed fish to the pink and black sand beaches of the Partido area.
Bria Homes is a subsidiary of Golden MV Holdings Inc., one of the country’s biggest real estate corporations, with over 50 developments in key cities and municipalities.
