More than a hobby, the HCGCP members show how dedicated they are to the group when we attended the first HCGCP Grand Eyeball in Cafe Katherina, Tanay Rizal.
The group was founded in September 2018. Currently, they have amassed more than 6,300 members and counting. These members come from different parts of the country which are referred to as “Chapters,” and the group has a total of 17 chapters under it.
The Grand Eyeball event marks the HCGCP’s first anniversary. Upon arriving at the venue, we saw a long stretch of Honda Clicks lined up at the roadside. My team and I were impressed at how dedicated the members are considering the fact that they have jobs and livelihood outside of the group.
For the activities, HCGCP hosted a raffle wherein the winners get to take home with them new Honda Click units!
There were many activities and presentations from the HCGCP members with the assistance of the lively and accommodating MC, Ms. Coleen Perez. Mr. Lawrence Rodriguez, Prestone Philippines’ Chief Mechanic was also in attendance. As a major sponsor, Prestone gave a short presentation on picking the right oil for different engines and climates. Mr. Rodriguez also led a short Q&A portion with Prestone products as prizes; a segment that received much welcome from the attendees.
