Proptech startup Reelist8 has officially launched its breakthrough AI-driven housing ecosystem, a platform designed to make homeownership more attainable for millions of Filipinos. Backed by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), the company unveiled its innovative tools during the event “Unlock Reelist8 – Housing Liquidity in the Age of AI,” attended by industry leaders, partner developers, investors, influencers, celebrities, and the media.
Reelist8’s new ecosystem aims to remove longstanding barriers in the housing market—high equity requirements, complex processes, and lack of transparency—by offering digital tools that simplify how Filipinos search for, evaluate, and acquire properties. The platform allows qualified buyers to begin their homeownership journey with as little as 0.5% equity, a major shift in an industry long accustomed to steep upfront costs.

At the heart of the launch were two key applications:
- PropertyAuctions.ph, which guides users in navigating property auctions with AI-driven insights, giving homebuyers and investors access to distressed or undervalued assets that historically required brokers or insider connections.
- Buildin.com.ph, a construction and project management platform that transforms floor plans into automatically priced take-offs—helping contractors, designers, and renovators streamline their planning and budgeting.

During the event, Co-Founder, CEO, and Chief Product Officer Marianne Dela Cruz said Reelist8 was built around a simple belief: “Owning a home shouldn’t be a privilege for the lucky few. It’s a basic human right, and we built Reelist8 as the intelligent path to make that right a reality.”
Alongside her, Co-Founder, COO, and Chief Revenue Officer Borj De Borja underscored the company’s mission to deliver “efficient and accessible world-class tools” that bring clarity and empowerment to Filipinos navigating real estate for the first time.

The program also featured a lively fireside chat with celebrity entrepreneurs and actresses, Ynez Veneracion, Anna Feo and Alma Concepcion, who shared personal insights on how to invest wisely in property acquisition and real-estate ventures. Their discussion resonated with many first-time buyers and young professionals in the audience, emphasizing the importance of smart financial decision-making in today’s evolving housing market.

To further support aspiring homeowners, Reelist8 announced a free online workshop on November 21, which will guide participants through the platform’s tools and demonstrate how AI can simplify key stages of property acquisition, assessment, and renovation planning.
With its AI-powered ecosystem and strong government backing, Reelist8 positions itself as a transformative force in the country’s housing sector—offering a more accessible, transparent, and inclusive path for Filipinos striving to secure a home of their own.
