SB19 is on a roll — and 2025 is shaping up to be their year. The reigning kings of P-pop have once again ignited excitement across the globe with the surprise release of their colorful and culture-packed music video for “DUNGKA!” — dropped without warning on April 25, along with another track, “Time,” much to the delight of their devoted fandom, A’TIN.

Far from just another release, “DUNGKA!” is a full-blown love letter to Filipino identity. The music video is a fiesta of Pinoy life — think street basketball, Zumba in barangay halls, fliptop rap showdowns, protest rallies, local election jingles, tusok-tusok street food, nostalgic games like 10-20, and good ol’ videoke. SB19 didn’t just bring the energy — they brought star power. Cameo appearances include a mix of iconic and viral personalities: Vice Ganda, Sassa Gurl, Pat and Agnes from Ben&Ben, Kween Yasmin, Malupiton, Smugglaz, Shehyee, Alodia Gosiengfiao, Mimiyuuuh, Maymay Entrata, Jayat, and Ghost Wrecker.

“DUNGKA!” is part of their freshly dropped EP Simula at Wakas, a symbolic title that reflects both endings and beginnings. It marks a bold new chapter in SB19’s creative evolution, following the acclaimed EPs Pagsibol (2021) and Pagtatag (2023). With each era, SB19 continues to redefine what it means to be a modern Filipino music act, blurring genre lines and bringing storytelling front and center.
The EP also features earlier releases like “DAM,” a powerful anthem about holding onto values while chasing your dreams — a theme that resonates deeply with fans. As always, the boys—Pablo, Stell, Josh, Ken, and Justin—wrote and produced the tracks themselves, cementing their reputation as true artist-idols.

But SB19 didn’t stop at streaming charts. They’ve dominated award shows too. At the 10th Wish Music Awards, the group bagged multiple honors, including Wish Song Collaboration of the Year for “Kalakal” with Gloc-9 and Wishclusive Ballad Performance of the Year for “Ilaw.” Individually, members also took home top awards — FELIP (Ken) for Rock/Alternative Song of the Year (“Kanako”), Josh Cullen for Hip-Hop Song of the Year (“Get Right”), and Pablo as Wish Artist of the Year. Stell, meanwhile, walked away with three trophies, including the fan-favorite Wisher’s Choice.

And what better way to celebrate a new musical chapter than with a world tour? SB19 is set to kick off their “Simula at Wakas” World Tour with back-to-back shows at the massive Philippine Arena on May 31 and June 1. Tickets sold out in record time — under seven hours — making them the first Filipino act in history to sell out the venue that quickly. The tour will then take them across 18 cities in Asia, the Pacific, the Middle East, and North America.
As of now, the “DUNGKA!” MV has already racked up over 3.3 million views on YouTube — a clear sign of the massive support and love pouring in from fans all over the world. Congratulations to SB19 and their ever-loyal A’TIN for yet another incredible milestone!
From sold-out stadiums to genre-defying releases, SB19 is not just representing Filipino music — they’re revolutionizing it. With “DUNGKA!”, Simula at Wakas, and their boundary-pushing artistry, SB19 is proving that P-pop is not just here to stay — it’s here to lead.
