The former vice president is the latest cover star for MEGA Magazine, gracing the cover of the February “Community Issue.”

In this fresh portrayal, Robredo steps into the spotlight with a striking new look, donning a chic all-black ensemble: a Melitta Baumeister full outfit from UNIVERS, Bottega Veneta heels, and Tiffany & Co. earrings and bangles.
The former public official radiates elegance, making it clear that her style is as refined as her presence.

Now a private citizen dedicating her time to personal advocacies, Robredo’s appearance on the cover marks her first significant return to the public eye since the 2022 elections.
“Leni Robredo like we’ve never seen her before. But still the same: inspiring, grounded, and empowering through the lens of fashion,” MEGA Magazine writes.

In an excerpt from her print cover story, Robredo opens up about her work with Angat Buhay, the largest volunteer network in Philippine history. She reflects on a particularly moving experience when she waded through waist-deep floodwaters during a series of tropical cyclones that hit the Bicol Region.
“I had to go…If you were there and saw the need, you would’ve gone too,” Robredo shared.
“It had to be me to set an example for others. A leader should be a role model and lead by example… I couldn’t just stay at headquarters and give orders. I had to do it too. It’s not just about talk, it’s about action,” she added.
