Andrew Tan-led Megaworld Corp. on the third residential condominium within its 35.6-hectare Capital Town in the city of San Fernando, increasing its residential presence in Pampanga.
The project, which is scheduled for completion in 2027, is expected to bring in P2.8 billion in revenue for the real estate developer.
The 15-story complex Montrose Parkview will contain 293 units in 14 different unit categories.
According to Eugene Em Lozano, first vice president for sales and marketing at Megaworld Pampanga, this new condo tower will appeal to the younger generation of Kapampangans who are seeking a more modern lifestyle.

The size of a studio apartment is up to 35 square meters (sqm), a one-bedroom suite is up to 48 sqm, an executive one-bedroom suite is up to 48.5 sqm, a one-bedroom garden suite is up to 54.5 sqm, a two-bedroom garden suite is up to 97.5 sqm, and a three-bedroom garden suite is up to 165.5 sqm.
Moreover, loft-style penthouse homes with a lanai or balcony are available.
According to Megaworld, each unit also has a wireless smart home system and WiFi-enabled devices.
Parkview will be close to shopping and dining districts and is well situated next to the Capital Mall and the future BPO office towers.
