I am not your typical meat lover who devours this type of food every now and then. It basically depends on my mood on what to eat. I value and enjoy the fact that since my work is flexible, I get to enjoy eating foods that are usually prepared at home.

And that is what happened to my ErMEATanyo experience. I came across an Instagram Reels that feature the saloon specialty, 10-hour Smoked Beef Belly.
