At the recently held 9th Property Guru Asia Property Awards, RLC Residences and its outstanding projects received distinctions and commendations in the design and development categories.
In the Best Mega Mixed-Use Architectural Design category, the four-tower The Magnolia Residences in New Manila, Quezon City, were crowned the winners of the region’s major real estate awards event.
For green practices and other socially responsible activities such as community service, waste management, and eco-friendly architectural elements, RLC Residences won Special Recognition in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Sustainable Design and Construction.
RLC Residences was also awarded the Highly Commended award in the Best Lifestyle Developer category. The Sapphire Bloc and Galleria Residences Cebu, on the other hand, have been awarded Best High-End Condo Development in Metro Manila and Best High-End Condo Development in Metro Cebu, respectively. On the other hand, SYNC and The Residences at The Westin Manila Sonata Place were awarded Best Condo Architectural Design and Best Condo Interior Design in the Best Condo
