On Oct. 19, appointment papers of 12 newly promoted directors from the central and regional office of Napolcom were signed by President Duterte.
During a virtual ceremony administered by Napolcom vice chairman Vitaliano Aguirre II, the newly promoted directors performed their oath-taking.
Three people were promoted to Director III while nine people were promoted to Director II. Aguirre further stated that this promotion that was approved by the president would greatly help improve and strengthen the services given by Napolcom.
