In celebration of reaching 180 years, Dalmore launch a limited edition 60-year-old single malt whisky with only 3 produced bottles, when the Dalmore distillery closed for renovations last Dec 2019.
It was distilled on the year 1951, June 7th. The Dalmore 60 Year Old has been created from two ex-sherry casks—the last casks of the Mackenzie era, with the family that ran the distillery for over three generations. And the project was led by master distiller, Richard Patterson.
Dalmore is well-known for its high class– single malt whisky collection. It also had a deep history dated back 1263, when the ruling monarch in Scotland was King Alexander III.
A rare 49-year old Dalmore whisky can be sold with a wooping a £108,900. More so with the rarest 60-year old . It is so rare that it was meant for auction to Dalmore’s most important collectors.
While their collection can be only be seen and tasted at the most extravagant hotels and clubs world wide.
