Finally! IV of Spades’ social media accounts shared the news last Friday with their debut album entitled “CLAPCLAPCLAP!” is already out on your favorite music streaming providers with 15 tracks containing three initially released songs and 12 fresh ones.
IV of Spades became a trio in May 2018, after their original frontman Unique Salonga left to pursue his solo career. The band is now made up of Blaster Silonga (guitar, vocals), Badjao de Castro (drums), and Zild Benitez (bass, lead vocals).
Last October 2018, they opened for Panic! at the Disco’s “Pray for the Wicked Tour” in Manila, and later that year in November, they performed at the Clockenflap Festival in Hong Kong together with other international artists like Interpol and Khalid. The group was also nominated at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2018 in the Best Southeast Asian Act category.
