Last July 2017, PFU a global partner of Fujitsu and a company that manufactures their scanner products has reached a big milestone last July 2017 when they passed more than 10 million global shipments of their Fujitsu image scanners. This is a great feat that started ever since their first flatbed scanner in 1983.

Just recently, PFU celebrated with selected members of the press this feat with an intimate media event at Barbara’s restaurant in Intramuros, Manila. Jasmine Yeo, PFU, Marketing Specialist, Product Sales Division represented PFU together with Fujitsu Philippines’s Paula Jean Vicente and Carmina Angeles.

The Philippines remains to be an important market for PFU especially for its ScanSnap series of scanners. This is for the reason that a lot of businesses are starting to go digital, including their way of archiving and collecting data.
In the Philippines, small, medium and large businesses learned to utilize the importance of digitizing their documents, using Fujitsu scanners for these requirements.
“We are always trying to create more innovative products to achieve or help the customer’s scanning experience. So moving forward, we actually like to still continue that mission, even in the areas of upcoming market trends like networking, or cloud, and even artificial intelligence” said Yeo.
In line with this, PFU has launched a “10M Achievement: special website to commemorate this milestone. “Our Scanner Story” is a website launched by PFU to show their stance in producing quality image scanners and delivering what the customers are looking for.
