Wendell Ramos, posted on Instagram that he is now a certified ABP (Ang Bumbero ng Pilipinas) firefighter. The Actor posted photos from his training where he was seen clad in a firefighter suit.
“It was really an Honor to train and be a certified ABP #angbumberongPilipinas
but to be honest, I need to learn and experience more,” Wendell wrote in the caption.
According to its official Facebook page, ABP is a nongovernment organization “which aims to unite and provide the latest information/updates to firefighter groups in the Philippines.”
Along with Ramos, other celebrities such as Beauty Gonzalez and Arci Muñoz have also undergone training with public safety organizations. Gonzalez underwent exercises with the Special Operations Unit (SOU) of the Philippine National Police-Aviation Security Group, while Muñoz has begun training as a reservist with the Philippine Air Force.
