The series centers on the inner workings of New York’s office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The elite unit brings to bear all their talents, intellect and technical expertise on major cases to keep New York and the country safe.
Born into a multigenerational law enforcement family, special agent Maggie Bell (Missy Peregrym) commits deeply to the people she works with and those she protects. Her partner, special agent Omar Adom “OA” Zidan (Zeeko Zaki), is a West Point graduate via Bushwick, with two years of undercover work for the DEA before being cherry-picked by the FBI.
Blue Ant Entertainment aired the second season’s debut episode “Litle Egypt,” which set the story to the bombing of a restaurant in Queens. This event has struck a nerve with OA as he had grown up eating at that restaurant. This also explores the character more as it gives an additional socio-cultural lens into perspective, being that OA comes from a Muslim background.
Since season 2’s premiere in September of 2019, the audience gets a better picture of the characters and their place in the bigger picture as they develop through their daily trials and tribulations.
