Working in a marketing communications company, gets you to meet different people and one of my favorite, gets you to try out different restaurant which can be a place for meeting or a venue for you and your team to have post meeting internals after seeing your client. Either for breakfast, brunch, lunch snacks or dinner, a good restaurant is a definite must-have to feed your hungry brain.
We have a couple of clients whose office are near The Podium. The mall has pretty decent restaurants and one of them that we like is BCN by Las Flores.
Las Flores, which means “The Flowers” in Spanish, is an authentic Spanish restaurant with a contemporary style. Offering an incomparable Spanish dining experience, the restaurant highlights 4 significant ingredients: Food, Service, Interiors and Music.
Las Flores The Podium has an impressive facade. It looks tall because it actually houses two floors. It’s located on the ground floor. Perfect for meetings and chilling with your fiends, Las Flores can be a ho-hum experience if you are not used to authentic Spanish cuisine. As a typical Filipino with the local taste, foods served in this restaurant can be rich and may not appeal to ones usual flavour.
Las Flores is a place where friends and family go to enjoy good food and equally great company. The menu has a variety of Spanish dishes and also some other Mediterranean dishes.
The bestsellers reflect a variety of tastes from Salmon & Salmon, Gambas Al Ajillo, Paellas, Angus, Foie Minis, Pulpo & Croquetas. While others promise good food, Las Flores boasts itself for offering a great experience, much like its name. Although there is no particular meaning into it, Las Flores conveys lightness, color, and happiness—the very emotions the guests would feel upon entering the restaurant.
The restaurant is a spinoff of Las Flores, but unlike Las Flores, which serves contemporary Spanish dishes, BCN is more traditional/local. “We serve dishes that tourists don’t normally order when they dine, say, in Barcelona,” noted chef Alfred Rodriguez, of Madrid, Spain.
Dining in Las Flores gives you a feel of Spain. Hopefully, I will get the chance to visit the country to enjoy authentic Spanish cuisines. If you and your friends or family are into bonafide Spanish savor and loves wine and delectable desserts, Las Flores is a good place to spend your money and time.
