Barangay Pio del Pilar is one of the seven (7) barangays comprising the Westside Cluster or Cluster 2 in the first district of Makati. One of the most hardworking and passionate public servant in this side of Makati is Kagawad Aiza Deferia.

Last October 20, 2018, the residents of Barangay Pio del Pilar and nearby barangay within Makati celebrated and paid homage Kagawad Deferia via a party that showcased programs featuring her constituents.
Love and support for the number 1 kagawad poured and can be seen with the overflowing guests that took their time to visit and greet the ever diligent public servant.
Aside from family and friends, government officials from Makati also took part in this special event. Incumbent Makati Mayor Abby Binay was supposed to be with Kagawad Deferia, but had to defer her visit because of a family emergency. Mayor Abby Binay was represented by her husband, Congressman Luis Campos.

It was a night to remember. Even heavy rains was not able to stop the residents of Barangay Pio del Pilar to celebrate and showed their appreciation on the special day of Kagawad Aiza Deferia.
