Good news for all the Pokémon masters in the Philippines and around the world! Yesterday on May 29, 2018, Nintendo released a trailer for their newest game in the Pokémon franchise: Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee!.
The game takes place in the Kanto region of the Poké Universe, which die-hard fans will recognize as the region where the very first Pokémon game took place.
Every Pokémon game released showcases a unique gimmick that comes with the Nintendo console that gets released along with it. In this case, it is the Nintendo Switch. They’re also integrating the new game with Niantic’s application: Pokémon GO that took the world by storm from its release to today. Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! features the same gameplay formula that players of the franchise fell in love with plus with a whole lot of new additions such as the ability to transfer Pokémon from the game to the Pokémon GO app or vice versa, a cooperative play where you and a buddy of yours can travel the Pokémon World and capture Pokémon together.
Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! is set to release on Nintendo Switch on November 16, 2018.
